CAIS
At CAIS, I independently managed all marketing, communications, and events for the charity, Wales’ leading voluntary provider of personal support services. Despite their strong impact, CAIS struggled with an outdated identity rooted in their 1970s origins as a drug and alcohol support service. I built a compelling business case to rebrand the organisation, securing stakeholder buy-in and leading the launch of ‘CAIS – empowering change’. The refreshed brand reflected their broader mission to support happier, healthier lives and was brought to life through a new visual identity, tone of voice, and website, laying the foundation for future growth.
